- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

- 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup dried apricots chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh cilantro chopped, for garnish
Prepare Chickpeas: In the tagine pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
