Ingredients
- 1 lb mixed seafood shrimp, mussels, squid
- 1 onion finely chopped

- Zest and juice of 2 oranges
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
- Marinate Seafood: In a bowl, combine seafood, chopped onions, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, orange zest, lemon zest, orange juice, lemon juice, white wine, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Sauté Onion and Garlic: Heat olive oil in the tagine pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until softened.
- Cook Seafood: Add the marinated seafood to the pot. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until seafood is cooked through, and the flavors meld.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve the Citrus-Infused Seafood Tagine over couscous or with crusty bread.
